Requirements

• ▹5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• ▹Full-stack proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• ▹Strong Python skills (FastAPI experience is highly preferred, but excellent async Python skills can translate)
• ▹React/Next.js fundamentals and modern frontend development
• ▹PostgreSQL or similar relational database experience
• ▹RESTful API design
• ▹Git and modern development workflows
• ▹Docker basics
• ▹Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate development

Nice to have

• ▹FastAPI experience specifically
• ▹Alembic for database migrations
• ▹WebRTC or WebSocket implementation
• ▹3D visualization or graphics programming
• ▹Robotics, kinematics or manufacturing domain knowledge
• ▹Experience with Isaac Sim, ROS or other robotics platforms
• ▹KUKA KRL, FANUC programming or similar
• ▹AWS, Railway or Vercel deployment experience
• ▹Langgraph, Langchain or similar
• ▹PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar
• ▹Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
