Senior C++ Engineer (Desktop Applications)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain high-quality desktop application components using modern C++
• ▹Implement scalable multithreading and concurrency solutions
• ▹Analyze, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex desktop systems
• ▹Participate in modernization and refactoring of legacy codebases
• ▹Collaborate with architects, QA engineers and product teams to deliver stable and efficient solutions
• ▹Contribute to software quality improvements, debugging and system stability initiatives
• ▹Use AI-assisted development tools to improve workflows and accelerate implementation
• ▹Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and engineering best practices initiatives

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of commercial experience in C++ software development
• ▹Strong expertise in modern C++ standards including C++14/17/20
• ▹Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, debugging and performance optimization
• ▹Hands-on experience with desktop application development
• ▹Practical experience with Qt
• ▹Experience working with Make, Conan and MSVC
• ▹Experience with CEF integration
• ▹Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• ▹Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and development workflows
• ▹Experience working in regulated software environments
• ▹Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• ▹German language skills
