Senior UX/UI Designer (Contract)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs
• ▹Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
• ▹Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
• ▹Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• ▹Iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback in an agile environment
• ▹Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while tracking design trends
• ▹Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• ▹Stay up to date with the latest UI trends and technologies

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
• ▹Extensive Figma experience, proficient in all features
• ▹Strong AI adaptation capability
• ▹Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design
• ▹Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• ▹Ability to work in an agile environment
• ▹Negotiation-level English, written and verbal
• ▹Creative, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• ▹Efficient time management across multiple projects
• ▹Willingness to work within US time zones as required

Nice to have

• ▹AI, 3D, AR, VR, Figjam, Miro design experience
• ▹Branding experience
• ▹Experience in financial and healthcare sectors
