Staff Software Engineer (Backend)

Responsibilities

• ▹Implement complex features and enhancements based on architectural and product specifications
• ▹Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code
• ▹Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
• ▹Perform deep technical investigations and root cause analysis of customer-reported issues
• ▹Actively participate in on-call rotation and incident resolution
• ▹Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability
• ▹Develop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration)
• ▹Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, Security, and Technical Communication teams
• ▹Proactively identify technical debt and propose improvements

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of professional software development experience
• ▹Experience leading the design and delivery of complex systems, features, and services
• ▹Experience driving technical design, architectural decisions and implementation strategy
• ▹Strong C#/.NET ecosystem knowledge
• ▹SQL, MS-SQL and database performance optimization
• ▹REST APIs
• ▹Active Directory
• ▹Secure coding practices
• ▹Experience with complex enterprise platforms
• ▹Confident English proficiency, written and spoken
• ▹Strong debugging and analytical skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with AI-assisted development tools (code generation, test generation, productivity tools) or openness to adopt them
• ▹Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domain
• ▹Understanding of access lifecycle management and governance concepts
• ▹Experience working with enterprise customers and production environments
• ▹Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred)
• ▹CI/CD and DevOps experience
