Responsibilities

• ▹Take ownership of designing and building key features
• ▹Work across the TypeScript, Kotlin and Rust stack
• ▹Propose and launch new product ideas, thinking deeply about users

Requirements

• ▹10+ years building complex, production-grade applications, with deep backend expertise in Java / Kotlin / TypeScript / Python / Rust
• ▹Strong computer science foundation and deep understanding of modern software architecture and design principles, proven in real-world user-facing products
• ▹Product mindset: care about the why behind the feature and proactively contribute ideas
• ▹Strong sense of ownership: take initiative and drive projects from concept to launch
• ▹Deep familiarity with AI assistants and the evolving AI landscape, able to translate trends into practical product improvements
• ▹Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional team
• ▹Comfort in dynamic, fast-changing environments, ideally with start-up or early-stage experience

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with CRDTs or a strong interest in building collaborative, real-time systems
