Responsibilities

• ▹Work in an agile environment
• ▹Work on international projects (Germany, Switzerland, UK, US)
• ▹Decompose and assign tasks to the team
• ▹Manage design and development teams
• ▹Be responsible for the project timeline
• ▹Project reporting
• ▹Sprint planning, iterations and scrum meetings
• ▹Administer Jira boards

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of team management experience (Scrum/Kanban)
• ▹Fluent English, verbal and written
• ▹Great communication and problem-solving skills
• ▹Basic understanding of development technologies (web and mobile)
• ▹Basic knowledge of project testing
• ▹Advanced knowledge of bug-tracking and task management systems (GitLab, Jira)
• ▹Punctuality, responsibility, open-mindedness
