Senior QA Engineer - Poland

Responsibilities

• ▹Support GUI / API testing and backend validation
• ▹Work closely with engineers to ensure quality coverage across frontend and backend features
• ▹Identify bugs, document issues and support their resolution
• ▹Continuously build knowledge of QA best practices, tools and automation strategies
• ▹Ensure the quality and reliability of products across UI, APIs and backend systems

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of professional experience as a QA engineer
• ▹3+ years of experience with Python
• ▹Extensive experience with REST APIs
• ▹Experience with Claude Code / Goose
• ▹Experience working with data-intensive applications and microservices
• ▹Experience with Playwright or Selenium
• ▹Experience with GCP
• ▹Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• ▹Experience with CI/CD tools
• ▹Fluent in Polish with advanced English skills (written and spoken)
• ▹Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills
• ▹Flexibility in adjusting working hours to the needs of the global, multi-time-zone team (urgent tasks or meetings may occur outside regular CEST hours)
• ▹Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
• ▹Previous success developing large-scale, user-focused web applications
• ▹Startup mentality, team player

• ▹Experience debugging large and complex architectures
• ▹Experience analysing large datasets
