Responsibilities

• ▹Unity development: write clean, modular C# code for interactive medical procedures, reusable across dozens of surgical and anesthetic modules
• ▹Art-to-engine integration: work with 3D artists so lighting, shaders and assets look great while keeping a steady FPS on standalone headsets such as Quest 3
• ▹Research and integrate AI tools to speed up development workflows and create dynamic, non-linear training scenarios
• ▹Clinical logic programming: translate complex medical protocols into robust state-machine logic so virtual equipment and patient reactions behave as in a real operating room
• ▹Data and interoperability: implement standards such as xAPI telemetry to track student progress and connect modules to centralized digital infrastructure and Learning Management Systems (LRS)

Requirements

• ▹2–5 years of professional experience building real-time Unity applications and environments, from concept through delivery
• ▹Advanced Unity expertise; confident shipping features, improving existing systems and solving complex technical challenges
• ▹Experience in game studios, XR agencies or industrial simulation companies

Nice to have

• ▹Experience creating digital training, serious games or simulation-based projects where accuracy, usability and performance are critical
