Responsibilities

• ▹Managing mobile application development projects: directing the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality requirements are met
• ▹Team leadership and mentoring: managing the development team, conducting performance reviews and supporting the team's development
• ▹Introducing new technologies: monitoring and applying the latest industry trends in mobile application development
• ▹Making strategic decisions: continuously optimizing application development processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• ▹Project communication: close collaboration with stakeholders to define project needs and scheduling
• ▹Professional leadership: making technology decisions and communicating plans for new developments and changes to the business side

Requirements

• ▹Degree in IT or economics
• ▹5-10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in mobile application development
• ▹1-3 years of management experience
• ▹Strong technical background (iOS, Android), knowledge of Swift and Kotlin
• ▹Intermediate, communicative-level English
