SAP Procurement and Inventory Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide 2nd and 3rd level SAP S/4HANA application support for global locations
• ▹Manage incidents, problems, and change requests, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions
• ▹Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• ▹Support SAP implementation projects, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• ▹Ensure stable business operations during critical activities and proactively identify improvement opportunities
• ▹Collaborate with business teams, architects, developers, and external partners to deliver solutions
• ▹Support and guide junior consultants by sharing knowledge and best practices
• ▹Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP processes and support activities
• ▹Occasionally travel internationally based on business needs

Requirements

• ▹5–7 years of experience in SAP application management, support, or project environments
• ▹Hands-on experience with SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA
• ▹Strong understanding of SAP business processes and related modules
• ▹Experience with SAP configuration and troubleshooting
• ▹Experience with SAP implementations and post-go-live support in an international environment
• ▹Degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• ▹Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• ▹Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• ▹Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Manufacturing experience is a strong advantage
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes is an advantage
