IT Systems Administrator, Pharma Software - Jena

Responsibilities

• ▹Support users with technical questions and problems (2nd level) around the company's specialist pharma applications
• ▹Analyse incidents, narrow down causes, develop sustainable solutions and coordinate implementation with IT infrastructure and external service providers where needed
• ▹Ensure stable operation of the applications, monitor systems proactively and optimise their performance
• ▹Analyse new requirements, design technical solutions and implement projects together with IT infrastructure and service providers
• ▹Automate recurring tasks to make processes more efficient and robust
• ▹Support onboarding and offboarding, manage users and permissions, and provide IT hardware for users

Requirements

• ▹Completed vocational training (for example IT specialist for system integration or application development, IT system administrator, IT systems electronics technician) or a degree in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics or a comparable qualification
• ▹Experience in application support, IT support or application operations, with a structured and solution-oriented approach to technical incidents
• ▹You enjoy working with different departments and communicate clearly even on complex technical topics
• ▹Interest in pharmacy processes and willingness to get into the professional and technical context of the pharma environment
• ▹You enjoy learning new things and working your way into applications and processes
• ▹Very good German and good English, written and spoken
