IT Systems Administrator - 1st/2nd Level

Responsibilities

• ▹Run the user help desk (software, hardware and network issues)
• ▹Advise and support employees and departments with IT problems, especially in logistics
• ▹Act as the interface between outsourcing partners, service providers and internal departments
• ▹Document and monitor the IT infrastructure and IT processes
• ▹Look after the system landscape and applications across their whole lifecycle (installation, updates, migration, decommissioning)
• ▹Further develop and design the IT system structure and ensure smooth operation
• ▹Contribute to IT infrastructure projects that develop the internal IT process landscape

Requirements

• ▹Vocational training in IT (system integration) or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience
• ▹First practical professional experience in the field is desirable
• ▹Good knowledge of the Microsoft client-server environment and networking
• ▹Advanced know-how in one of the following is desirable: Fortigate firewalls, Aruba Networking, MS M365, MS SQL, MS Azure
• ▹Independent working style
• ▹Flexibility and team spirit
