Responsibilities

• ▹On-site inhouse IT role in Bremen, assigned to a single customer with sole responsibility
• ▹Technical support at 1st and 2nd level
• ▹Implementation of various infrastructure projects
• ▹Support for the 2nd level support team
• ▹Maintenance, administration and troubleshooting of the customers' entire IT infrastructure
• ▹Active involvement in planning, preparing and carrying out IT projects
• ▹Installation and configuration of hardware and software according to customer requirements

Requirements

• ▹Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for systems integration or application development, IT systems electronics technician, a degree or comparable knowledge
• ▹Know-how in: Windows server operating systems, MS Exchange, hardware (printers, scanners, workstations), networks and network security, administration of Windows servers and domains, firewall (Sophos), virtualisation (VMware), Veeam backup, Synology backup and CCTV, Microsoft 365
• ▹Knowledge of GPO, DNS/DHCP, file server, terminal services, Windows print server, Active Directory, Entra ID Connect, M365 administration
• ▹Knowledge of firewalls, site-to-site VPN and SSL VPN
• ▹Class B driving licence
