Responsibilities

• ▹Research, write, and edit technical content
• ▹Drive documentation quality and consistency across multiple products
• ▹Lead complex documentation initiatives coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support
• ▹Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, tooling, and information architecture
• ▹Act as a documentation partner and subject matter expert for cross-functional teams
• ▹Share best practices and improve team effectiveness through knowledge sharing

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in technical documentation for customers, developers, and internal stakeholders
• ▹Excellent written English and communication skills
• ▹Experience with Docusaurus, GitLab repositories, and Jira
• ▹Proficient in Git workflows: branching, merging, conflict resolution
• ▹API documentation experience: REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger
• ▹Strong Markdown and MDX authoring skills
• ▹Familiarity with documentation versioning and docs-as-code practices
• ▹Familiar with Agile development methodologies
