Product Designer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production.
• ▹Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces.
• ▹Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims and investment products.
• ▹Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• ▹Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• ▹Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback.
• ▹Maintain consistency across mobile and web experiences.
• ▹Continuously refine interactions, accessibility and overall product quality.

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• ▹Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design.
• ▹Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• ▹Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design.
• ▹Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows.
• ▹Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design.
• ▹Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• ▹Portfolio is required.
