Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Own a product vertical (e.g. payments and expense management, remittance, insurance, or wealth and trading) end-to-end: outcomes, backlog, acceptance criteria.
• ▹Shape the technical design with engineering: system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), third-party-rail reliability, failure and retry paths.
• ▹Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability and UX, and defend them to engineering, compliance or ops leads.
• ▹Treat regulated constraints (licensing, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, data residency) as first-class product inputs.
• ▹Apply AI where it earns its place: define what it can decide, where a human stays in the loop, and how it is evaluated.
• ▹Ship against external gates: build feature-complete behind flags, go live per rail as partner and regulatory gates clear.
• ▹Work across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance/Reconciliation.

Requirements

• ▹Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end.
• ▹Strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
• ▹Ability to balance ambition against technical, regulatory and operational reality.
• ▹Ability to hold your own with senior engineers.
• ▹Solid system design foundation (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows).
