Responsibilities

• ▹Oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable scoring models
• ▹Collaborate with the Credit team to define data science strategy
• ▹Guide and mentor junior data scientists
• ▹Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Establish rigorous testing and validation protocols for model accuracy and compliance
• ▹Track industry trends and emerging technologies and integrate them into the team's workflow
• ▹Work with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate outputs into production systems

Requirements

• ▹Proven track record developing and validating credit models meeting regulatory and business standards
• ▹Expertise in regression, classification, ensemble methods, and time-series forecasting
• ▹Strong Python (or R) and SQL skills, hands-on experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• ▹Experience building and managing robust data pipelines (ETL, data cleaning, integration)
• ▹Familiarity deploying ML models to production on cloud platforms (Azure) with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ▹Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau
• ▹Knowledge of agile development practices
