Vendor Security Senior Expert

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze supplier and partner contracts and tender materials from an information security perspective, develop amendment proposals, and actively participate in negotiations with partners to enforce security requirements
• ▹Analyze external partners' cybersecurity readiness through questionnaires, interviews, and on-site audits; prepare and track risk assessments
• ▹Participate in the development, testing, and operation of the supplier risk management platform, compile training materials, and support the procurement team
• ▹Verify cybersecurity controls of applications and systems based on relevant legislation (Hungarian Act LXIX of 2024, Gov. Decrees 418/2024 and 7/2024, and DORA)
• ▹Collaborate closely with IT, business, and project teams, participate in internal and external audits, and support identity and access management (IAM) projects

Requirements

• ▹Secondary education (a relevant higher education degree or certification is an advantage)
• ▹Intermediate, communicative English with active professional vocabulary
• ▹1-3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
• ▹Knowledge of how cybersecurity technologies work and are applied
• ▹Experience with supplier audits and policy updates
