Responsibilities

• ▹Build the automation layer integrating ad platforms, CRM and analytics
• ▹Build automated monitoring, diagnostics, decision support and action workflows that reduce recurring manual work, keeping a human in the loop for anything touching spend
• ▹Read and verify the SQL and data models the systems rely on, including ones written by others
• ▹Judge whether each metric is computed correctly and catch measurement issues before they drive a bad automated decision
• ▹Get the system working for Performance Marketing across 9 markets, then help roll it out to the rest of the company

Requirements

• ▹Coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, able to read, write and debug independently, not just generate with AI
• ▹Fluent in SQL with hands-on experience in a cloud data environment such as BigQuery, including verifying data accuracy and models written by others
• ▹Production experience shipping systems with testing, monitoring, logging, error handling and rollback that other people depend on
• ▹Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and structured outputs, plus judgment to spot unreliable AI output and build safeguards
• ▹Experience building and maintaining production-grade automations that integrate systems via API
• ▹Fluent English (B2+), and native Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish or Romanian

Nice to have

• ▹Advanced experience with low-code/no-code orchestration platforms such as Make.com or n8n
• ▹Strong understanding of performance marketing analytics
• ▹Experience with advertising platform APIs (Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API), GA4 and CRM systems
