Junior Affiliate Manager (CPA Network)

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners
• ▹Support affiliates throughout the campaign lifecycle
• ▹Collaborate closely with the Affiliate and Advertising teams
• ▹Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• ▹Monitor key metrics and contribute to achieving business goals
• ▹Prepare reports and communicate campaign updates to management

Requirements

• ▹Fluent Ukrainian and English at intermediate level or higher
• ▹Basic understanding of tracking systems and S2S postbacks
• ▹Analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers and performance metrics
• ▹Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing or Account Management
