Responsibilities

• ▹Build and lead a highly engaged, distributed team: hire, support, and coach
• ▹Work cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams to set strategic direction
• ▹Drive iterative execution of the roadmap and build efficient, transparent delivery processes
• ▹Coach and mentor engineers in their professional development
• ▹Collaborate with other Engineering Managers to continuously improve the organization

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience as a software engineer
• ▹3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• ▹Experience working cross-functionally to build prioritized roadmaps
• ▹Hands-on with code reviews and bug investigation
• ▹Comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze data and find inconsistencies
• ▹Background in fintech, financial services, or another regulated, risk-sensitive domain required
