Responsibilities

• ▹Build the tools, services, and automation that power the internal development platform
• ▹Use Pulumi and Python for Infrastructure-as-Code describing Kubernetes services
• ▹Foster a self-serve culture that lets teams move fast while staying safe
• ▹Help shape adoption of AI and agentic development tools while keeping security and architectural standards intact
• ▹Extend existing internal tooling for CI/CD, canary releases, VPN access, and DB query approval

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx, or Platform Engineering with a strong software development background
• ▹Proactive, ownership-driven problem solver
• ▹Experience building frameworks, abstractions, and automation
• ▹AI-curious, understands how LLMs and AI coding tools are changing engineering
• ▹Moves fast, tests and iterates quickly

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with AWS cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC
• ▹Experience with GitHub
• ▹Solid knowledge of Python
