Responsibilities

• ▹Test mobile hardware-integrated apps and client-facing web portals
• ▹Validate Bluetooth hardware behavior
• ▹Create and manage test plans and cases
• ▹Collaborate across teams to improve test coverage and product quality
• ▹Drive manual testing efforts and automate where it brings value
• ▹Prepare QA and validation documentation for regulatory submission

Requirements

• ▹2+ years in software QA (mobile + full stack)
• ▹Skilled at writing and executing detailed test cases
• ▹Clear documentation of test results, bugs, and regressions
• ▹Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and UI flows
• ▹Familiar with QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• ▹Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, Support)
• ▹Clear communicator with strong attention to detail

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience automating tests
• ▹Automation frameworks for mobile, web, and API testing
• ▹Experience testing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices
• ▹Experience writing QMS documentation for FDA submissions
• ▹Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, medical devices)
• ▹Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 or ISO 13485
