Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead administration, optimization, and security of SaaS applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools)
• ▹Manage and enforce IAM policies: SSO, Microsoft Entra, MFA, conditional access, least privilege
• ▹Enforce Zero Trust principles across SaaS environments, maintain data protection, backup, retention, and disaster recovery plans
• ▹Develop workflow automation solutions using Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python, or API integrations
• ▹Identify and deploy self-service IT solutions, evaluate and recommend new SaaS tools
• ▹Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• ▹Partner with HR to lead onboarding and offboarding
• ▹Drive technology adoption programs across the organization
• ▹Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT support teams
• ▹Monitor and maintain cloud-based workplace infrastructure

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading a cloud-based workplace technology stack at an organizational level
• ▹Administration experience with SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
• ▹Experience managing IAM solutions (SSO, Microsoft Entra, MFA, conditional access)
• ▹Knowledge of applying Zero Trust principles
• ▹Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python)
