Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and evolve the vision and roadmap of technical products and engineering platforms
• ▹Understand the needs of internal users and turn them into valuable product opportunities
• ▹Prioritize initiatives by balancing user value, engineering constraints and long-term sustainability
• ▹Work closely with Engineering, Architecture and business stakeholders to align priorities
• ▹Measure product adoption, collect feedback and continuously improve the developer experience
• ▹Promote a product mindset through data, user insights and collaboration in decision-making

Requirements

• ▹Significant experience in software engineering, platform engineering, architecture or another technical leadership role
• ▹Strong understanding of modern cloud-based architectures and large-scale distributed systems
• ▹Experience working on technical platforms, developer tools or internal products
• ▹Genuine interest in product management and product strategy
• ▹Strong stakeholder management, prioritization and communication skills
• ▹Data-informed mindset and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision
• ▹Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience as a Product Manager
