Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their current and upcoming challenges
• ▹Deliver insightful analyses with actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and business impact
• ▹Identify high-value opportunities to support product and business decision-making
• ▹Develop decision-making tools and analytical frameworks
• ▹Collaborate closely with Data Product Managers, Data Scientists and Analytics peers
• ▹Contribute to analytical best practices and a data-driven culture across the organization
• ▹Work with product stakeholders and the Sports Data Product Owner to shape analytical initiatives
• ▹Example projects: risk and liability data products for trading teams, recommendation algorithms with the Data Science team, product feature performance analysis through A/B testing

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree in statistics or data analytics
• ▹At least 3 years of Data Analytics experience with measurable business impact
• ▹Business mindset, able to make impactful recommendations
• ▹Good analytical mindset, rigorous and synthetic
• ▹Great communication and presentation skills
• ▹Proficiency in SQL and Python
• ▹Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool
• ▹Ability to manage analytical projects independently from discovery to delivery
• ▹Agile and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of a programming language
• ▹Awareness of Git and versioning concepts
