Responsibilities

• ▹Build and own AI features end-to-end, including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines and the production infrastructure that runs them at scale
• ▹Build evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops that turn good models into reliable, production-grade systems
• ▹Apply LLMs to structured, high-stakes financial data, partnering closely with product and domain experts

Requirements

• ▹Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• ▹3+ years in a technical role with strong backend, API and cloud infrastructure foundations
• ▹2+ years shipping production AI systems with real users and real stakes
• ▹Hands-on experience with production LLM applications: RAG, agentic systems or structured extraction
• ▹Proficient in Python, comfortable across the full stack
