Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and represent the design and research team (two product designers and one user researcher) at leadership level
• ▹Set the strategic direction and vision for the design and research function
• ▹Evolve the component library into a robust design system and establish design and content playbooks
• ▹Set the strategic direction for how AI fits into the design and research workflow, with clear guardrails for the wider organization
• ▹Collaborate with stakeholders to embed design thinking throughout the product life cycle
• ▹Proactively identify large, strategic UX opportunities that span across the product
