Responsibilities

• ▹Own and operate the application stack and AWS infrastructure for hosted customer Metabase instances
• ▹Debug runtime issues across the different levels of the application and hosting stack
• ▹Develop internal tooling and automation for the full lifecycle of a hosted Metabase installation, from purchase to zero-downtime upgrades
• ▹Continuously improve automated deployments and testing

Requirements

• ▹Thoughtful and careful approach to work
• ▹At least 5 years of experience building and operating production infrastructure, ideally on public cloud
• ▹Strong Kubernetes and AWS experience
• ▹Strong experience with IaC and Terraform
• ▹Ability to write high quality, readable code in a modern language (e.g. Python)
