Responsibilities

• ▹Deliver end-to-end data science projects using classical machine learning (regression, classification, time series forecasting) and deep learning
• ▹Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate them into data-driven solutions
• ▹Present complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Contribute to analytical planning aligned with business objectives
• ▹Support presales activities - preparing data/ML solution concepts, joining client meetings, estimating project scope and value
• ▹Help shape the Data Science practice and support recruitment initiatives

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience delivering end-to-end data science projects, from EDA to deployment, evaluation and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing)
• ▹Strong expertise with tabular and time-series data - EDA, feature engineering, predictive modeling, evaluation
• ▹Proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• ▹Experience leading or mentoring analytics teams and coordinating with stakeholders
• ▹Excellent communication skills, translating between technical and business perspectives
• ▹Solid understanding of business processes and data structures
• ▹Confidence in client-facing settings - gathering requirements, shaping roadmaps, delivering business value
• ▹Fluency in English for meetings with international clients

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with deep learning, computer vision or generative AI projects
• ▹Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools
• ▹Experience with data visualization or BI tools
