QA/Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Review applications before release to ensure they meet defined requirements and identify potential compliance issues
• ▹Validate application changes and document findings clearly
• ▹Provide actionable feedback and communicate issues to engineering and operations teams
• ▹Verify that identified issues have been addressed before release
• ▹Maintain review documentation and contribute to improving internal review processes
• ▹Help ensure a consistent, high-quality release process across products

Requirements

• ▹Previous experience in a similar product review role
• ▹Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• ▹Excellent attention to detail
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Ability to communicate findings clearly and professionally
• ▹Ability to exercise good judgment and make thoughtful decisions independently
• ▹Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• ▹Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple reviews simultaneously
