Responsibilities

• ▹Ship production code and learn the Interaction Core systems end-to-end during the first 3 months
• ▹Understand the mechanics of the interaction engine and text-based connectors
• ▹As Team Lead: translate ambiguous goals into prioritized work, unblock the team, set technical direction, and drive long-term architectural decisions
• ▹Run 1:1s, manage performance, and coach project leads on communication and decision-making
• ▹Establish workflows for AI-assisted coding, setting review standards and guardrails
• ▹Stay close to the code and take on high-leverage technical work by example

Requirements

• ▹Architecture and technical judgment: ownership of complex component design, sound tradeoffs, and risk awareness
• ▹Trusted delivery track record: shipping reliable outcomes, de-risking projects, and owning quality, including verifying and standing behind agent-generated code
• ▹Project leadership through others: experience partnering with PMs to lead projects from idea to delivery, and growing that capability in a team's project leads
