Responsibilities

• ▹Design, ship, and iterate on AI-first platform features using personalization, experimentation, and ML methods (agents/LLMs, recommender systems, reinforcement learning)
• ▹Work across the stack: React (JavaScript/TypeScript) on the frontend, Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) on the backend
• ▹Use modern AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Windsurf) and push their boundaries
• ▹Collaborate closely with design and product in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• ▹Keep code clean, efficient, and well-tested, with clear documentation
• ▹Participate in peer reviews and CI/CD processes

Euphoric builds AI-first employee benefits administration software for large employers, spun out of Peppy Health (a Series B startup) in May 2025. It has raised seed funding in October 2025 and May 2026 and has signed contracts with several large enterprises.
