Responsibilities
- ▹Manage software engineering teams spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- ▹Architect and build scalable software systems using micro-services.
- ▹Lead teams across multiple time zones.
- ▹Work with key stakeholders to ensure effective product delivery.
Requirements
- ▹Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience.
- ▹Proven track record in architecting and building scalable software systems using micro-services.
- ▹Experience with large distributed data systems.
- ▹Distinctive ability to attract and select the right people for the right position.
- ▹Proficiency in managing teams across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
- ▹Experience with event-driven architecture.
- ▹Startup experience.
