Platform Engineer - IoT Camera System / Embedded Linux

## Company: Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Applications Engineering General Summary: We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to support IoT camera customer programs within Qualcomm's Embedded and IoT platform solutions. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating software components on SoC-based Embedded Linux systems, ensuring successful customer bring-up and product delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain RAW MIPI image sensor drivers and SoC peripheral drivers using C on Embedded Linux platforms * Perform system bring-up, including driver integration for image sensors, NOR/NAND flash, and connectivity modules (SDIO / USB WiFi) * Debug and resolve system-level issues across kernel, driver, and middleware components * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RD/QA/FAE) to support customer delivery timelines * Provide technical support for IoT camera solutions, including performance tuning and issue troubleshooting Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
