Senior Technical Application Engineer - Nuclear Control Upgrades (REMOTE)

Responsibilities

• ▹Support pre-sales technical discussions with customers for strategic deal development
• ▹Provide technical insight on GEV products and services for nuclear controls, collecting voice of customer
• ▹Conduct site surveys of existing systems, present case studies/demos at industry user conferences
• ▹Interpret customers' business goals, operating objectives, and control system risks, customizing GE Vernova SCS solutions
• ▹Research competitors' regional value propositions and go-to-market approaches
• ▹Become a regional reference point for technical queries in the Nuclear Industry, establishing relationships with key customers
• ▹Lead multi-disciplinary application teams responding to customer technical specifications: steam turbine controls, balance of plant controls, generator excitation controls, HMI/network/cyber security, instrumentation, controls lifecycle applications
• ▹Coordinate with Controls Engineering Technical Leaders and Product Design Owners to develop clear, compliant and competitive technical responses
