Requirements Analyst (Skatteverket assignment, Stockholm)

Responsibilities

• ▹Gather, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements
• ▹Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders and development teams
• ▹Ensure traceability between requirements, development and testing
• ▹Collaborate closely with product owners, epic owners, architects, UX and development teams
• ▹Follow up on requirements throughout the entire development process
• ▹Contribute to establishing and evolving an agile requirements-management methodology
• ▹Work within a regulated and complex business environment

Requirements

• ▹At least 6 years of relevant, current experience as a requirements analyst
• ▹Experience in requirements analysis in a larger organization with 1000+ employees
• ▹Experience working according to agile requirements methodology
• ▹Experience collaborating with architects, UX and development teams
• ▹Experience identifying, analyzing, documenting and following up on requirements
• ▹Good command of spoken and written Swedish

Nice to have

• ▹Experience as a requirements analyst in regulated, complex environments
• ▹Experience in requirements analysis within government or public sector
• ▹Experience working within the SAFe framework
