IT Operations Technician

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Operate, monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
• ▹Troubleshoot and handle incidents in server and client environments
• ▹Administer Active Directory and manage user accounts
• ▹Work within Microsoft 365 environments
• ▹Install, configure and patch servers and clients
• ▹Monitor systems and services to ensure stable operation
• ▹Collaborate with other technical teams on incidents, changes and improvements
• ▹Document solutions and technical routines

Requirements

• ▹Experience in IT operations or technical support
• ▹Knowledge of Windows Server and client environments
• ▹Active Directory
• ▹Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID
• ▹Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• ▹Experience with monitoring or ticketing systems
• ▹Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with automation, patch management or operating larger IT environments
