Development Lead – Returpack/Pantamera

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and automation
• ▹Drive the development of modern ways of working and digital services, supported by AI and automation
• ▹Manage and further develop existing IT systems
• ▹Support and train employees to ensure effective system use and a good user experience
• ▹Oversee the development process: needs analysis, requirements, testing, and implementation
• ▹Monitor market and technology trends to continuously develop both yourself and the organization

Requirements

• ▹Relevant academic degree in IT, or equivalent experience
• ▹Several years of experience in IT development, systems management, and business development
• ▹Experience implementing AI, RPA, or other automation
• ▹Experience with the Microsoft environment (DevOps, SQL Server, Teams, and others)
• ▹Experience leading workshops, dialogues, and stakeholder alignment
• ▹Very good communication skills in Swedish, spoken and written
