Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and enhance shared backend and platform capabilities
• ▹Contribute to APIs, shared services, and other technical components used across multiple parts of the business
• ▹Take part in technical direction, design decisions, and implementation
• ▹Help build up competence around LLM-based functionality where relevant
• ▹Contribute to pragmatically evaluating different technical solutions, including AI/LLM
• ▹Collaborate with product developers and other stakeholders to translate needs into robust technology
• ▹Contribute to code review, technical quality, and long-term sustainability

Requirements

• ▹University degree in computer engineering or equivalent
• ▹Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written
• ▹Several years of experience in backend or software development in production-near environments
• ▹Experience taking senior-level responsibility for technical solutions
• ▹Good experience building, changing, and maintaining backend services and APIs
• ▹Structured approach to code quality, maintainability, and technical trade-offs
• ▹Experience collaborating in a development team with shared responsibility for delivery and quality
• ▹Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• ▹Several years of experience with agile software development

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building real LLM-based solutions or features
• ▹Experience judging when LLM/AI is the right tool
• ▹Experience integrating with external AI services or model providers
• ▹Experience building reusable technical capabilities used by multiple teams or products
• ▹Experience with LLM-related areas such as orchestration, evaluation, logging, monitoring, security aspects, or cost control
