IT Technician – Touchpoint Medical

Responsibilities

• ▹Handling 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support via phone and other communication channels
• ▹Responsible for server operations, system upgrades, and software logs
• ▹Installing and configuring in-house developed software (Intellimed and medLogic)
• ▹Performing technical service and maintenance on medical technology products on-site at customers
• ▹Leading and participating in IT projects to optimize customer solutions
• ▹Providing technical support during tender processes and product presentations
• ▹Administering spare parts and consumables for customers

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in broad, multi-tier IT support (1st, 2nd, 3rd line)
• ▹Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (MS 365, Azure, and similar systems)
• ▹Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server)
• ▹Experience with server operations, networking, and system maintenance
• ▹Strong track record of nurturing and developing customer relationships
• ▹Very good Swedish and English skills, spoken and written
• ▹Category B driving license for work-related travel
• ▹Good communication skills
• ▹Ability to work independently and in a structured way remotely

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Azure and Salesforce
• ▹Experience with hardware support and hands-on technical service
• ▹Knowledge of Norwegian or Finnish
• ▹Previous experience in medical technology or healthcare
