Project Manager, Software Implementation

Responsibilities

• ▹Managing and leading software implementation projects
• ▹Owning project profitability and reporting
• ▹Creating and owning the project plan together with the project team
• ▹Creating and implementing a communication plan, including steering group meetings
• ▹Building and maintaining customer relationships with key stakeholders
• ▹Managing project scope and change requests
• ▹Organizing and facilitating project meetings and workshops with documented, followed-up actions
• ▹Escalating risks, issues, and resource requirements

Requirements

• ▹Industry experience with grocery, CPG/FMCG retailers or suppliers, preferably Tier 1 retailers (or consulting experience with retail clients)
• ▹Minimum 5 years of experience managing end-to-end IT system implementation projects
• ▹Proven track record delivering multiple successful projects
• ▹SaaS industry experience, understanding SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives
• ▹Previous full management responsibility for an enterprise-scale software project
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills
• ▹Strong time, task, and budget management
• ▹Ability to travel up to 30%
