Design Leader, Software Design

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage software design teams, overseeing multiple designers and design leads, creating clear expectations, strong feedback structures, and genuine investment in people's growth
• ▹Support designers at all levels through regular 1:1s, career conversations, and honest, actionable feedback
• ▹Define what great looks like for Oura's member-facing experiences across mobile and web, bringing systems thinking to flows, states, transitions, information hierarchy, and microcopy
• ▹Actively participate in the craft work that matters, elevating quality through hands-on involvement
