Section Head - Network Infrastructure (MUST)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the team and hold staff responsibility
• ▹Develop and operate network and infrastructure IT services under strict security requirements
• ▹Manage work assignments and develop staff competence, routines and ways of working
• ▹Plan production and delivery
• ▹Work closely with other section heads, reporting to the department head
• ▹Help lead the section's short- and long-term development

Requirements

• ▹Current experience with IT infrastructure, network-focused
• ▹At least 5 years of leadership experience with staff responsibility
• ▹Relevant higher or vocational education in networking, data communications, systems science or equivalent
• ▹Experience with process-oriented ways of working
• ▹Good Swedish and English, spoken and written
• ▹Category B driving license

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with resource planning and production management
• ▹Experience leading complex teams
• ▹Documented experience in technical project management
• ▹Understanding of the function and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls
• ▹Experience in information/IT security
