Responsibilities

• ▹Day-to-day operation, administration, maintenance and development of endpoint protection
• ▹Security updates and patch management
• ▹Collaborate with the business, vendors and other IT functions
• ▹Lifecycle management and remediation planning
• ▹Participate in projects and assignments
• ▹Support during incidents and alerts

Requirements

• ▹Post-secondary education in data/IT or equivalent experience
• ▹Several years of experience as a system technician (or equivalent role) in server-environment operations and maintenance, e.g. configuration and lifecycle management, or in cybersecurity IT systems
• ▹Good Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of endpoint protection and IT security
• ▹Experience operating and administering Windows and Linux environments
• ▹Experience with API integrations and scripting
• ▹Experience in an on-prem IT environment
• ▹Familiarity with tools used for agile ways of working
