System Technician – Windows

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, operation and maintenance of the Active Directory environment and related security solutions
• ▹Daily operations
• ▹Contribute expertise to working groups and projects on long-term improvement initiatives

Requirements

• ▹Upper-secondary education in IT, or equivalent work experience
• ▹Good knowledge of Active Directory administration (GPO, domain structure)
• ▹Solid experience with Windows Server installation, configuration and migration
• ▹Good knowledge of security principles, patching, antivirus
• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server
• ▹Experience with virtualized server environments
• ▹Knowledge of certificate management (PKI, SSL/TLS, CA)
• ▹Good Swedish, written and spoken
• ▹Experience with technical problem-solving and analysis

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from government operations with high confidentiality and security requirements
• ▹Experience with application packaging and distribution via SCCM or Intune
• ▹Experience with PowerShell and automation
• ▹Experience with hardware, clients and servers
• ▹Experience in work requiring teaching or instructional ability
• ▹Experience documenting technology and daily routines
