Team Lead for AI Technology & Tools

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive and develop best practices for training, optimizing, and deploying AI models on HPC and GPU-based systems
• ▹Provide guidance on performance optimization, scaling, and efficient resource utilization
• ▹Contribute to architectural and design decisions in cloud-native HPC environments
• ▹Support organizations in building end-to-end AI pipelines - from data management to deployment
• ▹Provide advice on reproducibility, version control, and sustainable model lifecycle management
• ▹Contribute to the integration of AI services into existing research and industrial environments
• ▹Work with hybrid and federated solutions within EuroHPC
• ▹Support integration between MIMER's computing resources and external systems
• ▹Contribute to the development of a coherent European AI capacity
• ▹Act as a technical counterpart in dialogues with companies and organizations
• ▹Translate technical capabilities into concrete solutions and use cases
• ▹Contribute to strengthening the MIMER ecosystem through collaboration and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• ▹A PhD or equivalent experience in AI/ML, HPC, or a related technical field
• ▹Documented experience in large-scale AI training and GPU-accelerated environments
• ▹Understanding of distributed training frameworks and performance optimization
• ▹Experience with MLOps and production-oriented AI workflows
