Head of IT/OT Infrastructure / System Owner

Trafikverket Färjerederiet (the ferry operations division of the Swedish Transport Administration) is looking for a senior IT/OT infrastructure system owner responsible for a coherent, standardized and long-term manageable digital infrastructure across its entire ferry fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central responsible point for the digital infrastructure, from need to delivery
  • Hold overall responsibility for the service lifecycle: ships' digital infrastructure, control systems, OT networks, simulator, digital twin, ROC and related IT and cybersecurity functions
  • Ensure a coherent, standardized and long-term manageable digital infrastructure across the entire ferry fleet
  • Ensure controlled version management between ships and high operational availability throughout the lifecycle
  • Connect the ferry management's governance with technical development, IT, OT, operations, suppliers and regulatory compliance
  • Hold decision-making authority within the approved roadmap and budget: change management, technical baseline, patch strategy, supplier governance, lifecycle measures
  • Be responsible for technical baseline and configuration management
  • Develop and maintain the long-term roadmap
  • Be responsible for budget and prioritization
  • Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
  • Be responsible for supplier governance and SLAs
  • Report risks, status and deviations to management
  • Follow developments in relevant technology and regulatory areas
  • Plan and drive retroactive harmonization across ship series
