Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as the customer's first point of contact via phone, email and live chat
• ▹Troubleshoot technical issues for customers, often by remotely investigating the device and, when needed, checking the source code
• ▹During quieter periods, help expand the knowledge base and develop the company's own admin platform based on needs identified in the support role

Requirements

• ▹Energized by communicating with customers
• ▹Clear and professional in all customer communication
• ▹Knowledgeable in programming, preferably Rust
• ▹Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written

About the company

Spotpilot AB is a newly founded, fully self-funded company in Hestra, Småland, that has developed a small device which uses machine learning and optimization to smartly control home/solar batteries to save customers money, and is now adding EV-charging support. All four team members work with Rust, and the company prioritizes running its own infrastructure and avoiding non-EU software for performance and security reasons.
