Systems Technician – Storage Platforms

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, maintain and operate storage platforms and related services
• ▹Handle incidents and operational issues related to the storage environment
• ▹Install, configure and maintain storage hardware in the data center
• ▹Collaborate with adjacent areas such as virtualization, backup and server
• ▹Support the business with technical guidance
• ▹Identify improvement areas and drive development of the storage environment

Requirements

• ▹Good knowledge of or experience with object storage and storage platforms
• ▹Several years of experience in systems engineering and/or systems development in a complex enterprise environment
• ▹Experience with scripting and automation
• ▹Good Swedish and English skills, spoken and written
• ▹Upper secondary IT education or equivalent experience
• ▹Category B driving licence

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Dell storage solutions
• ▹File storage (NFS, SMB)
• ▹Work with storage hardware in a data center environment
• ▹Automation with Ansible
• ▹Scripting in PowerShell or Python
• ▹Agile ways of working
